since I’ve been using aloe powder as a hair mask, my hair seems so shiny and healthy!

Horrible Customer Service

Unfortunately I had to give the item 1 star to review it but if I could, I would give it zero. I ordered 16oz package of Aloe Vera and was only sent one 4oz package. I contacted customer service about the issue and recieved a quick response asking me to send a picture of what I recieved and they would either send me the correct order or refund me. I sent the picture and have not heard from them since that first email. This was April 26th and it is now May 30th and I have sent them 5 emails and they have not responded to any of them. They also never gave me a refund or sent me the correct order. I will be disputing my order with my credit card company. I would've reported them to the BBB but I could not locate them on there. I have attached pictures of what I recieved and the emails. The 5th message i sent was via Shop support, so I do not have a copy of that one.
